One of our specialities at Kids Circus Workshops is working with all types of youth groups including Brownies and Scouts.

We can help your group get a circus badge or just be a fun special activity. As part of this workshop we also offer a show creation section, so everyone gets a chance to perform at the end of the session.

The Workshops

Here is a normal plan for a Youth Groups’ session (Brownies or Cubs):

  • Introduction and quick demonstration from instructor
  • Learn to juggle balls or scarves depending on age or ability
  • Peacock feather balancing
  • Spinning plates
  • Diabolo
  • Hula hoop
  • Performance of skills to rest of the group and learning how to be a good audience
  • If there is time, a final show from instructor

This flexible plan can be completed in one evening or over two sessions.

Pricing and Packages

Price guideline (our youth groups packages are based on the following):

£250 evening fee per performer

£50 evening-rate kit fee

Travel is charged at £0.50 per mile from Bristol, no charge within the Bristol area.

We offer youth group workshops in Bristol and the surrounding area, if you would like to book us from further afield, our full day rate may apply, please contact us for a quote.

  • Two tutors, two evenings: includes prop making, beginners to intermediate skills training, and a show-and-tell performance

Two Evenings
  • This could two consecutive weeks, or any two dates in your term.
  • Fee £600 minus the £100 “our favourite package discount” – £500

  • Fee £300 minus the £25 “affordable options” discount – £275
